2. User Eligibility & Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Access by automated scripts or bots must comply with our API guidelines and rate-limiting policies.

3. Permissible Use & Telemetry Observation Scope

The Service is provided strictly for legitimate network telemetry auditing, edge latency observation, public IP routing inspection, and technical demonstration. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform solely for its intended purpose.

4. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Abuse Protections

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Initiating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood pings, or malicious request generation.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or tamper with security protocols, consent systems, or rate-limiting filters.
• Scraping or harvesting leaderboard metrics for unauthorized commercial resale or tracking.
• Falsifying HTTP headers, User-Agent strings, or network identity to misrepresent origin.
• Using the Service for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All interface designs, code components, bento grid structures, typography configurations, and brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of the website operator. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Service Modifications & Operational Availability

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including leaderboard ranking calculations, activity feeds, or network endpoints) at any time without prior notice or liability.

7. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Complete Limitation of Liability
